session information

Sessions take place by phone or WhatsApp video or via Teams/Zoom.
To find out more, get in touch to arrange a first chat (around 30 minutes), with no obligation either way.
My standard fee is £60 per hour pro rata. I always make time for pro bono sessions and I operate a sliding affordability scale, so if you would benefit from this, or know of someone who might, we can discuss when we speak.
I look forward to hearing from you.

' You are an energy being. Everything around you is energy. Nature is energy. When your energy is comprised of negative emotions and thoughts - anger, fear, worry, sadness - your physical body is affected.'
Joanne Cacciatore 'Bearing the Unbearable'

'If we we allow the awareness of the fragility and brevity of life to change our goals and values and compassion, we can change the world toward a greater expression of love, because love requires the deep knowledge of loss.'
